- Technical Error: If your payment was successful, but your access to premium content was not activated.
- Wrong Plan Purchase: If you purchased the wrong plan by mistake and contacted us within 24 hours of payment.
❌ No Refunds in These Cases
- If you’ve already accessed the premium content.
- If you change your mind after purchasing.
- If your reason is “no job matched my profile”.
- For Pay-per-post plans after content has been unlocked.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
