✅ Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Double Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  2. Technical Error: If your payment was successful, but your access to premium content was not activated.
  3. Wrong Plan Purchase: If you purchased the wrong plan by mistake and contacted us within 24 hours of payment.

❌ No Refunds in These Cases

  • If you’ve already accessed the premium content.
  • If you change your mind after purchasing.
  • If your reason is “no job matched my profile”.
  • For Pay-per-post plans after content has been unlocked.

⏱ Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Payment ID / UPI Transaction ID
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund
